HBV-DNA negative conversion rates in the observation group were 15.56%, 35.56%, 60.00%, and 68.89% at 4, 12, 24, and 48 weeks, respectively, compared to 2.22%, 6.67%, 17.78%, and 42.22% in the control group (P < 0.05).
