Oligospermia
Oligospermia, also known as low sperm count or oligozoospermia, is a common condition in male infertility characterized by a low concentration of sperm in the semen, which is often accompanied by abnormalities in sperm morphology and motility. Idiopathic Oligospermia of Unknown Aetiology (IOAT) refers to cases where the production of fertilizing sperm (spermatogenesis) is defective, but the cause remains unknown.
