Tension Headache

Tension headaches, also known as tension-type headaches (TTH) or stress headaches, are the most common type of primary headache, characterized by a dull ache, pressure, or tightness on both sides of the head that often radiates from the neck, eyes, or lower back of the head. They are highly prevalent, with approximately 30-70% of people experiencing at least one in their lifetimes, and account for nearly 90% of all headaches.
