Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC) is a rare, autosomal dominant genetic disorder characterized by the growth of non-cancerous tumors in multiple organs, including the brain, skin, kidneys, lungs, and heart, often leading to neurocognitive issues such as seizures, intellectual disability, and developmental delays, along with other symptoms like skin abnormalities, lung disease, and kidney disease.
