  Pre-incubation with L. johnsonii increased expression of CD172a, CD80, major histocompatibility complex class II (MHCII) in MoDCs, and enhanced the ability of MoDCs to induce the proliferation of CD4+ T cell, while pre-incubation with L. johnsonii-CFS merely upregulated the expression of MHCII.
