Histopathological analysis revealed notable structural damage in testicular tissue, including degeneration of seminiferous tubules, vascular abnormalities, and a marked decrease in seminiferous tubule diameter and spermatogenic cell counts... strong Bax expression was observed in all treated groups, indicating enhanced apoptotic activity.
