Stack to reduce/maintain A1c and reduce LDL?
Recently got a physical done. I am 27M. I work out 3-4 times a week, mostly lifting weights and some cardio although the cardio is not consistent. While my A1C is still normal, it is pushing into the higher end of the normal range. My LDL is elevated but still not enough to take medication for.
