Abstract

The neutral exopolysaccharide produced by Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus LBB.B332 in skimmed milk was found to be composed of d-glucose, d-galactose, and l-rhamnose in a molar ratio of 1:2:2.
