Kampanart Huanbutta

Dr. Kampanart Huanbutta currently holds the esteemed position of Associate Professor within the College of Pharmacy at Rangsit University, located in Thailand. His ongoing research endeavors encompass a diverse array of pharmaceutical domains, which include but are not limited to 3D printing pharmaceutical dosage forms, tailored pharmaceutical dosage forms tailored specifically for the elderly demographic, the exploration of flow chemistry, the development of film-forming systems, the ingenious design of colonic drug delivery mechanisms through dosage form innovations, the advancement of pharmaceutical solid dosage forms, and the meticulous study of pharmaceutical excipients. His scholarly contributions are widely recognized, boasting a substantial portfolio of over 70 international publications, all closely aligned with his areas of research expertise. Dr. Huanbutta's academic journey commenced with the successful attainment of a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree with second honors from Silpakorn University. Subsequently, he pursued his passion for pharmaceutical technology by earning a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Silpakorn University. His Ph.D. studies were made possible through the gracious support of a grant from the Royal Golden Jubilee Ph.D. Program. In a testament to his commitment to academic and research excellence, Dr. Huanbutta was also honored with a postdoctoral research grant from Erasmus Mundus, Lotus Project, which facilitated a year-long research engagement at the esteemed University of Porto, Portugal. Beyond his academic responsibilities, Dr. Huanbutta holds esteemed leadership roles within the field of pharmacy. In particular, he serves as the General Secretary at the Pharmaceutical Association of Thailand under Royal Patronage, exemplifying his dedication to the advancement of pharmaceutical practices in the region. Furthermore, he assumes the role of Vice President within the Bureau of the Federation of Asian Pharmaceutical Associations (FAPA), reflecting his active involvement in fostering collaboration and cooperation among pharmaceutical professionals throughout the Asian continent.
