Research experience as a Postdoctoral Fellow and Research Scientist (University of Sao Paulo - BR; University of Cambridge - UK; Saint Louis University - US, University of Nevada, Reno - US) in Cell Physiology and Biophysics, Biochemistry, and Neuroscience with emphasis on Membrane Proteins, Ion Channels, Epithelial Transport, Purinergic Receptors. Experience as a lecturer at UNESP (Biophysics), FAESO/UNESA and UEL (Physiology), UNINOVE (Morphofunctional Bases I-IV), and Anhanguera University of São Paulo (Graduate course). Currently, a Researcher at the University of Nebraska Medical Center - US, investigating the epithelial tight junction barrier function and cell signaling during intestinal inflammation.
