Research interests We are a structural biology group focusing on plant cross-membrane transport and signaling. Using macromolecular X-Ray crystallography and cryo-EM techniques, we determine the 3D-structures of proteins/complexes involved in plant cross-membrane transport and signaling. Combining with biochemical, biophysical and physiological methods, we aim to understand the underlying molecular mechanism in these processes, and provide creative ideas to plant/crop design and engineering.
