Pedro A Salazar-Carballo

Pedro Salazar Carballo received his degree in Chemical Sciences (2003) and his Ph.D. (2013) from the University of La Laguna (ULL). Since 2006 he was researcher at the Neurochemical and Neuroimaging headed by J.L. González-Mora. In 2010 he received his Master in Chemistry from ULL. During 2014-2016 he was a postdoctoral researcher at the “Nanotechnology on Surface Laboratory” in the Instituto de Ciencia de Materiales de Sevilla (ICMSE) (CSIC-Univ. Sevilla). During this stage, he worked in different areas: (1) development and implementation of enzymatic amperometric biosensors, (2) development and implementation of nanostructured non-enzymatic sensors. Since 2017 he is a teaching staff and researcher at Medical Physics at ULL.
