Zhenmin Liu, professor, Ph.D. Supervisor, works as the dean of Dairy Research Institute of Bright Dairy & Food Co. Ltd. and the director of State Key Laboratory of Dairy Biotechnology. His main research interests cover probiotics, new dairy processing technologies, development of cheese, fermented dairy products and functional dairy products. He, as the corresponding author, published SCI papers on Scientific Reports, Applied and Environmental Microbiology, International Dairy Journal, World Journal of Microbiology and Biotechnology, 3 Biotech, etc., and as the first inventor, got 11 authorized national invention patents and won the State Technological Invention Award (2018) and several Provincial Science and Technology Progress Second-level Awards, who also presided the dairy starters research project(2022YFD2100704), the dairy products safety project (2018YFC1604200) and the cheese research project (2013BAD18B02)funded by Ministry of Science and Technology of China. He also won the government honors, such as Millions of Talent Projects National candidate(2019),Shanghai leading talent (2015) ,“Shanghai Excellent Technology Leader” (14XD1420300),“The youth scientific talents in Shanghai” (2014).
