Our meta-analysis revealed that preoperative Vit. D supplementation significantly reduced the incidence of POAF in post-CABG patients with sub-optimal Vit. D levels (RR = 0.55, 95% CI: 0.40-0.76, p = 0.0003, I² = 1%).
