    23M, 5’10” 180lbs. Generally fit, lift and do moderate cardio 3-4x week. I work an office job so i definitely don’t get enough steps or sunlight on an average day.

    Diet is generally good. Lots of whole foods and meal preps, pretty good at avoiding processed foods. But I do enjoy a several beers on the occasional weekend.
