    Since childhood I have been very prone to get colds/fever due to seasonal changes. It wasn't the case in last 3-4 years but this year again

    The doctors usually give anti biotic anti histamines and paracetamols but that seems dangerous to take so often, especially the anti biotics. I'm thinking to work on my immunity and see how it goes. Other than this, I take caffeine and modafinil sometimes from modafinia.
