Is 1000mcg (1mg) of L Methylfolate considered safe?
Hey. I used to take Folic Acid regularly but recently found out that L Methylfolate which is the active form of B9 is the better version.
I would like to know if it would be safe to take 1000mcg (1mg) of L methylfolate along with 0.5mg of P5P on a daily basis for long term. Thanks :)
