Dr. Djamel Drider received his PhD in Food Science from "Ecole Nationale Supérieure Agronomique de Montpellier, France". He completed his training in Molecular Microbiology at Centro de Investigaciones Biologicas del CSIC (Madrid, Spain) and Mount Sinai School of Medicine (New York, USA). He was appointed as Associate Professor at Nantes Atlantic National College of Veterinary Medicine, Food Science and Engineering, and then as full Professor ( exceptional scale) at Lille University. Dr. Drider's interests are food safety, antimicrobials, bacterial resistance, probiotics, and nanomaterials.
