I hold a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Thaksin University, Thailand. My research interests are centered around probiotics, microbial biotechnology, and their applications in improving gut microbiome and animal health. Specifically, my work focuses on the development of probiotic products derived from native animals, particularly Lactobacillus, Bacillus, and yeast strains, which are used to enhance animal nutrition and support sustainable livestock production. Additionally, I am involved in bee health research, exploring the impact of environmental stressors on bee populations and how probiotics can support their resilience. My research aims to bridge the gap between traditional microbial therapies and modern approaches to animal health, with a strong emphasis on sustainable and eco-friendly solutions that can benefit both agriculture and natural ecosystems.
