Vitamin D supplementation showed a significant enhancement in several parameters, including vitamin D level, number of dominant follicles, Ovulation rate, and pregnancy rate (MD = -2.3295% CI [-3.07, -1.56], MD = 0.81 95% CI [0.27, 1.35], MD = 0.81 95% CI [0.17, 1.45], and MD = 0.64 95% CI [0.20, 1.07], respectively).
