Feeling quite fatigued lately at the gym for some reason. Can't pinpoint what it is (I'm 28 and overall pretty healthy). Test levels are good, I take my multivitamin and stuff, but still feel weak at the gym and tired after a short workout.I use my preworkout which helps a bit but doesn't beat the fatigue. Tried a b complex but didn't feel a difference (if anything I feel more sleepy after taking it lol?).
