  • Any tips for fatigue ?

    Hi do you guys have any tips for managing fatigue ? I was wondering about electrolytes but I'm afraid of having to high potassium as apparently it can be quick to grow and dangerous.

    It's been 2 years since i'm trying to recover, I am now on b12 injections (cyano, 1000mg) every two weeks and oraly twice a week (cyano, 1000mg). I do take co factors such as : magnesium, B complex, iron (low iron) and folates sometimes (they tend to go too high too quickly). But I feel tired all day despite sleeping 11h at night, I drag myself all afternoon and feel light headed. I feel like I'm not functionning like a normal human beiing, and don't know what to do. I'm 23, my last year of uni after taking 2 years of break because of this nightmare of a deficiency.
