Isfahan University of Medical Sciences
I hold a PhD in Nutrition Sciences and am currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Division of Sleep Medicine and Circadian Disorders at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Working under the mentorship of Dr. Frank Scheer, my research focuses on chrononutrition—the interaction between diet, circadian rhythms, and metabolism. I investigate how meal timing influences metabolic processes, obesity, and health outcomes, with the goal of developing dietary strategies for disease prevention and treatment.
