I am a Functional Dairy Food Product Specialist. I have research experience in the isolation and identification of novel probiotics from traditional fermented food products, as well as the use of novel probiotics in dairy products such as cheese and yogurt to improve their functional and therapeutic properties. I am also proficient in cell culture, qRT-PCR, RNA extraction, and all microbial culture techniques. Furthermore, I have a proven track record of working in the food and beverage industry as a research and development specialist and system certification consultant for ISO 22000, BRC, SLS, and HALAL.
