Dr. Mahmoud A.O. Dawood has completed his Ph.D. from Kagoshima University, Japan in 2016. Formerly Dr. Dawood is an associate professor for Animal Production and Fisheries at the University of Kafrelsheikh, Egypt. His research interest is animal and fish immuno-nutrition and physiology. For the best of his work, he has been selected as an editorial board member and reviewer of peer-reviewed international journals (ISI). He has authored more than 200 peer-reviewed journal articles. He is also working as a postdoc fellow at the Center for Applied Research on the Environment and Sustainability, The American University in Cairo, Egypt.
